Limited Warranty for LED Luminaires

Warranty Coverage:
YUZ warrants that its LED fixtures are free from defects in materials and workmanship for five (5) years from the date of shipment or purchase, as evidenced by valid proof of purchase (e.g., invoice). For UV lights, solar lights, and products containing batteries, the warranty period is one (1) years under the same terms.

Making a Claim:
If a product exhibits defects during the applicable warranty period, please contact our Customer Support via email or phone to initiate a claim. Upon approval, YUZ will, at its discretion, provide a repair, replacement, or refund.

Warranty Limitations:
This warranty is void if the product has not been properly stored, installed, operated, modified, or maintained according to our instructions, applicable standards (such as cETLus or cULus), or accepted industry practices. The purchaser agrees to make the defective product available for inspection if requested.

Returns and Approvals:
YUZ will determine whether to repair, replace, or refund defective items. Any reimbursement for field labor or service charges requires prior written approval. Likewise, written authorization must be obtained before returning a defective product. Upon approval, reasonable shipping costs for returns will be covered by YUZ.

Exclusions:
Except as expressly stated, no other warranties are implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Modifications:
YUZ reserves the right to modify or discontinue this warranty at any time without prior notice. Changes apply only to products purchased after the modification or discontinuation date.
